BIAS offer a range of services to compliment our product and solution offerings. These fall broadly into three main areas: consultancy, training, and support.

Consultancy covers the entire spectrum of solution orientated projects, from a simple three day "design and build" project, through to full enterprise wide systems with project management, scoping and design, development, and implementation. Whilst a full scale project of this kind is not a typical QlikView engagement, our clients take piece of mind from the knowledge that we can support them professionally every step of the way.

Training is an essential part of any project. Often projects include only training and support, as clients feel comfortable developing their own analysis and reporting solutions. Our standard training course is typically 2 to 3 days, and is structured as a workshop where clients use their own data to learn about QlikView and begin to develop a reporting solution. At the end of the training, a detailed understanding of what QlikView is and what it can do is backed up by meaningful example reports developed with real data.

Finally support. We encourage all clients to take a support contract, particularly in the first year of use. We provide email and telephone based support during standard working hours, and utilise remote access software to problem solve, advise and guide.

Through many years of experience implementing business solutions for clients in a wide range of sectors, we have developed our own project methodology. This methodology applies best practises and practical solutions to implementing a QlikView business intelligence solution. As with all methodologies, it is essential that both the client and service provider are commited to a successful project conclusion.
